“ARMIX Foundation, the center of the Internet exchange

The “Armix” Armenian Internet Flow Exchange Fund was established on April 2, 2010, bringing Armenia into the group of countries with an exchange hub for Internet flow (traffic).

Launched in 2011, “Armix” has an operations center that is furnished with the required tools and has the capacity to offer a wide range of services. It ensures the connectivity of RA telecom networks, the safety of telecom services, and their superior quality.

Reduced service costs are another objective. The fund has connected all significant Armenian telecom companies at various points. “Internet Society” NGO and “Union of Information Technology Enterprises” are the founding organizations of “Armix.”
