Ծրագիրը բաղկացած է երկու շաբաթ տևողությամբ վեբինարներից, որոնք կապված են Ինտերնետ հասարակության նախագծերի հետ: Հանդիպումները սկսվում են 2021 թվականի ապրիլի 12-23-ը:
Հիմք ընդունելով «Հատվածների վերապատրաստման ծրագիր 2020»-ի հաջողությունը Հայաստան Հատվածն ընտրեց Ծրագրի համակարգողներ` Լիաննա Գալստյանին` ԻՀՀՀ խորհրդի նախագահ, և Քրիստինա Հակոբյանին` ԻՀՀՀ խորհրդի անդամ:
