I.Mkrtumyan took part in the seminar organized by the Armenian General Benevolent Union, devoted to the problems of:
– Reducing poverty in vulnerable groups (elderly, persons with disabilities, children, single mothers);
– Ensuring employment of uncompetitive people in the labor market, social enterprises.
The aim of participation was the development of a proposal aimed to teach vulnerable groups to use Internet to earn money on-line.
