Igor Mkrtumyan developed and refined his professional skills through polytechnic and linguistic education in Yerevan and Moscow. He further honed his experience at the Yerevan Research Institute of Mathematical Machines and later at the American University of Armenia. Since 1994, Igor Mkrtumyan has served as the Board Chair of the “Internet Society” NGO and as the founder-president of the “Internet Society Armenia Chapter” PO.
