The global Internet Society highlighted the activities of the Internet Society Armenia Chapter PO in its September 2025 report.

As one of 130 partner organizations worldwide, the Internet Society Armenia Chapter continues its mission to expand internet accessibility and foster the development of .am and .հայ domain names, as well as the broader domain industry, through a range of initiatives.

Among these initiatives is “Regithon,” the annual workshop for Armenian registrars, which in 2025 was held for the first time in a conference format featuring the participation of international experts.

In its report, the global Internet Society highlighted Regithon, held under the theme “Empowering .am and .հայ Domains,” recognizing the progress made and emphasizing the shared goal of building a more stable and secure internet in Armenia through extensive collaboration.

The organization had previously featured the Armenia Chapter’s ongoing and completed initiatives in its first half-year report of 2025.
